Research On Fast Quotation Method Oriented To Ship-repairing Enterprise

At present, the competition among ship-repairing enterprises from the world is increasingly fierce. With the fast development of China’s ship repairing industry, its ship repairing ability improves constantly and the repairing scale is growing day by day. Therefore how to respond to the requirements of the shipowner’s inquiry quickly and get the shipowner’s recognition and selection are the key to win the competition in the market for the modern ship-repairing enterprises’survival and development. Generally, the cycle of ship-repairing is short, most of that is within two weeks. Therefore, if the quotation takes a very long time, the shipowner will question the work efficiency of ship-repairing enterprise, as a result the ship-repairing enterprise may also lose the order and miss the opportunities. So ship-repairing enterprises need a set of fast quotation system for single-ship repair project to increase the speed of price, to win market share.Based on the research of fast quotation, the thesis summarizes the fast quotation method. Combined with the characteristics and demand of ship-repairing enterprises, the activity and cost of the single-ship repairing project are exploded and matched here. According to this, the thesis sets up a WBS-CBS model for the single-ship repair project. Then, the thesis estimates the cost of single-ship repair project based on the fuzzy mathematics method.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the process and method of the single-ship repair project quotation, combines with the characteristics of ship-repairing enterprises, puts forward the problem of ship-repairing enterprises and the demand of the single ship-repair project quotation. Combined with the summary of fast quotation method, the introduction of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) method, fuzzy mathematics method and computer aided technology help build the single-ship repair project fast quotation system.Then, by using the WBS method, CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure), the derived structure of WBS and the corresponding relation of WBS and CBS are analyzed here and applied in the single-ship repair project. Through the decomposition of the WBS and CBS of the single-ship repair project and establishing the corresponding relationship of the activities and cost, a single-ship repair activity-cost model is built eventually, including the service-repair engineering WBS-CBS model, the dock-repair engineering WBS-CBS model, the hull-repair engineering WBS-CBS model, the mechanical-repair engineering WBS-CBS model and the electrical-repair engineering WBS-CBS model.Finally, based on the fuzzy mathematics method, according to the WBS-CBS model of the single-ship repair project, retrieve similar single-ship project, estimate the single-ship repair project cost, then give out the fast quotation. At the same time, we validate the feasibility of methods through examples.
