Jiao-liao-ji active belt located in the eastern China Cratonwas the area with the most complicated paleoproterozoic composition and evolutionand the most intact structural belt. Liaodong Kuandian area graphite ore belt is located in the north rim of the eastern north China plates. In this paper, on the basis of the combination of geological data, through field geological survey, as well as indoor comprehensive study, the author conducts detailed analysis on liaohe group of kuandianand combined with the mineral petrology, petrography, rock geochemistry, U-Pb isotope chronology, expounds the rock combination and geological characteristics of liaohe group, as well as the metamorphic protolith restoration of Liaohe group of kuandian area, analyzes the characteristics of the original rock and tectonic setting and further research graphite carbon source of ore and metallogenic reason.Graphite ores in this area are mainly located in the Gaojiayu formation, Lithological composition of the lower section are mainly graphite granulite, graphite biotite granulitite, graphite tremolite bistagite, graphite tremolite, amphibolites, graphite marble and so on; Lithological composition of the Upper section are mainly graphite biotite granulitite, biotite gneiss, sillimanite garnet-biotite gneisses, interlated with leptite and thin Calcitic marble. The graphite ore rock types of Kuandian graphite are mainly graphite plagioclase gneiss and graphite biotite schist, etc.The main characteristics of trace elements and rare earth elements suggest that kuandian metamorphic rock has the characteristics of high silicon-aluminum and potassium-rich; enriched in LILE and LREE, REE showing an overall LREE enrichment, LREE flat. depleted in high field strength elementssuch as Th,Nb,P and Ti,negative Eu anomaly clear. K- A, Zr/Ti O2- Ni, such as discrimination diagrams, show the protolith of kuandian graphite ore should be sedimentary rock, the source rocks are mainly felsic.; TFe O+Mg O-Ti O2 and other tectonic discrimination diagrams display the tectonic setting of kuandian metamorphic rocks is the passive continental margin. TFe O+Mg O-Ti O2 such as tectonic discrimination diagrams, show liaohe group of kuandian region metamorphic rock formation of the tectonic setting of the passive continental margin. The protolith of Kuandian graphite ore are mainly terrigenous clastic rock, interlated with marlite、hydrothermal sedimentary rock etc, is a set of carbonate rocks are rich in carbonaceous clay rock construction. Kuandian petrofabric of source composition in felsic rocks is given priority to, and contain recycled sediments and ancient igneous provenance. The formation of the tectonic environment should belong to the passive continental margin. This article selects Kuandian metamorphic rock series of graphite plagioclase gneiss(KD- 16) SHRIMP U- Pb chronology study,show the formation of graphite is a long history.Combined with the data, this paper study the graphite ore carbon source is given priority to with terrigenous clastic rocks, with a marl, hot water sedimentary rocks, such as turbidite deposition, is a set of carbonate rocks are rich in carbonaceous clay rock construction.Kuandian petrofabric of source composition in felsic rocks is given priority to, and contain recycled sediments and ancient igneous provenance.The formation of the tectonic environment should belong to the passive continental margin.Clay-half clay rock in the split caused by continental collision under the condition of regional metamorphism and hydrothermal process, the low amphibolite facies regional metamorphism, migmatization, recrystallization, wei jing lithification, in the early and later hydration, a small amount of remelting(form) of arteries and veins, metasomatism,finally form the graphite deposit.
