Application Of Geological Hazard Risk Assessment In Land Use Planning

Land is the important material basis that humans depend on for existence, then using land scientifically and reasonably is the premise condition of sustainable development of human economic and society. Geological environment is a basic factor that we must consider in land use planning, especially in recent years, on one hand the natural ecological environment continues to worsen and excessive development of land resources result in more and more geological hazards; on the other hand more and more geological hazards bring side effects to land use, by then a vicious circle would continue, this controls sustainable development of society and economic badly. Compared with the developed countries, the research time of concerning geological environment factor’s application in land use planning is not long in our country, and the research on the affect that geological hazard have on land use planning are very few. Research on the risk assessment of geological hazard in the threatened area, then according to assessment result, make more targeted planning in space layout of land use, it would has important practical significance, especially in developing natural resources more reasonably and promoting sustainability of land resources.This paper takes Lu’chuan, Guangxi Province as an example, based on the actual field survey of geological hazards、the present situation of land use and other data in the study area, accomplish risk assessment of geological hazard and plan the space layout of land use systematically and scientifically, it can provide scientific references for the prevention of geological disasters、the general plans for land use and the protection of the ecological environment. The whole way of the article is that analysis the research present situation of the domestic and foreign and the basic theory firstly, after that based on risk assessment of geological hazard in the study area, then complete planning space layout of land use in the end.The article consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces great significance of the research on land use planning in the background of geological hazard, then gives a comprehensive analysis of the research present situation of the domestic and foreign, finally introduces research content、method and technical route. The second chapter defines some basic concepts and introduces the basic theory. The third chapter takes Lu’chuan, Guangxi Province as the study area, based on he actual field survey of geological hazards、the distribution of geological hazards and the data of fault structure、engineering geology、topography、climate、 hydrological and human engineering activities, then determines the weight of each evaluation factor according to analytic hierarchy process, furthermore, establish a model of risk assessment of geological hazard, in the end, finish the risk assessment of geological hazard in the study area according to GIS. The fourth chapter combines the present situation of land use and comprehensively considered the ecological environment、the layout of economic and the future direction of development, then finish the region division of construction land and agriculture land based on the risk assessment of geological hazard. The fifth chapter is conclusion, summarizes the research contents and main conclusions in the article.
