Geological hazard risk assessment is the foundation and prerequisite for the implementation of geological park scenic area planning projects.The prevention and control measures based on geological hazard risk assessment have practical application value for the sustainable development of geological parks.Taking HN scenic spot as an example,this paper adopted GIS spatial analysis,analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation of geological hazard risk and vulnerability of disaster bearing body,and superposition analysis to carry out geological hazard risk assessment and prevention and control zoning,which reveals the spatial variation characteristics of geological hazard risk in HN scenic spot and puts forward risk prevention and control strategies and safeguard measures.Through literature review and expert consultation,this article effectively identifies10 geological hazard risk factors such as slope,slope height,strata,faults,hydrogeology,rivers,land use,roads,rainfall,and earthquakes,as well as 4 vulnerability factors of disaster bearing bodies such as population,buildings,road network,and economic indicators by methods of survey questionnaires,informal discussions,and on-site inspections.Quantitative and graded evaluations were also conducted.A hierarchical structure model of geological hazard risk and vulnerability of disaster bearing bodies was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.The GIS spatial analysis method was used to evaluate the risk of geological disasters and the vulnerability of hazard bearing bodies.Three risk zones of geological disasters were divided,namely,high,medium and low risk zones and three vulnerability zones of hazard bearing bodies,namely,high,medium and low vulnerability zones.The superposition analysis area was divided into three risk zones of geological disasters,namely,high,medium and low risk zones.The comprehensive geological environmental conditions zone has been divided into key prevention and control areas,sub-key prevention and control areas,and general prevention and control areas.Four prevention and control principles have been proposed,including protection priority,reasonable layout and key construction,combination of geological relic protection and disaster prevention and control,and combination of engineering governance and control measures.Specific prevention and control measures for different prevention and control areas have also been proposed.This paper suggested the establishment of a geological heritage protection system,detailed planning of planning projects,establishment of a risk prevention and control system,as well as prevention and control suggestions for site adjustment and engineering governance.Finally,measures were clarified to strengthen organizational leadership guarantees,establish sound institutional guarantees,implement special funds,and innovate comprehensive safety management.The research results of this paper will provide a strong theoretical basis for the construction and sustainable development of HN scenic spots,and have important practical application value.It also has certain promotion significance for the construction of other geological parks in China.
