Heistant fuzzy sets are new extension of fuzzy sets for depicting the hesitant situation when decision makers expressing their crisp value evaluation information. Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets are a kind of extension of single linguistic term under the idea of hesitant fuzzy sets, it is utilized to depict the hesitant situation when decision makers expressing their linguistic evaluation information.In addition, dual hesitant fuzzy sets are the extension form of hesitant fuzzy sets.Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and dual hesitant fuzzy sets can depict those uncertain desicion information effectively when decision makers are hesitant, thus they both have large amount of research achievement in decision-making theory and application aspects.This paper research the comparative method of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and the multi-attribute decision-making method under hesitant fuzzy linguistic information considering the decision maker’s psychological behavior.In addition, this paper research the comparative method of dual hesitant fuzzy elements and the multi-attribute decision-making method with prioritization relationship under dual hesitant fuzzy information. The structure of this paper is organized as follows:In chapter 1, the main content is to introduce the research background and development status of the multi-attribute decision-making under hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and dual hesitant fuzzy sets, and the main results of this paper.In chapter 2, the main content is to research the comparative method of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and the multi-attribute decision-making method under hesitant fuzzy linguistic information. A novel score function and a kind of comparative method under hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set are proposed,and demonstrating its effectively and rationality by making the comparison with existing comparative method. Then, under the novel score function, extending the classical TODIM(an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multicriteria decision-making) method to solve multi-attribute decision-making problems dealing with hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets. Finally, a decision-making problem that concerns the evaluation and ranking of several telecommunications service providers is used to illustrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method.In chapter 3, the main content is to research the comparative method of dual hesitant fuzzy elements and its application in multi-attribute decision-making method with prioritization relationship under dual hesitant fuzzy information.First, a correctional score function of dual hesitant fuzzy elements and a kind of comparative method are proposed, and demonstrating its effectively and rationality by making the comparison with existing comparative method. Then,applying the correctional score function and the extensional dice similarity measure of dual hesitant fuzzy sets to solve multi-attribute decision-making problems in which the attributes are in different priority levels and the attribute values take the form of dual hesitant fuzzy information. Finally, an illustrative example is employed to show the validity and applicability of the proposed method.
