In recent years, Ganzhou city has greatly developed industrial park construction, which has effectively promoted the development of Socio-economic economy. But because the restrictions of external environment their own conditions and other factors, they more or less have the same problems in Ganzhou city’s industrial parks such as low intensive land utilization. Only by analyzing the land use rate of change and having a better understanding of land use change can we have more reasonable suggestion of the industrial parks construction and promote their steady and healthy development.Based on the remote sensing data of 2010 year’s Quick Bird and 2012 year’s IKONOS of Ganzhou city’s industrial park, corrected image by GPS measurement control point, the image fusion method are Brovey transform, HSV transform, PC transform, Pan Sharpening transform. Compared the four fusion method by subjective and objective indicators, Pan Sharpening result is chosen as the source date for feature information extract. Finally, the image has been the study area range and the basis of image information for subsequent extraction by image cropping. Then, compared the segmentation results of different segmentation scales, 28, 36 and 48 are adopted as segmentation parameters to split the images. Hierarchical extraction and Mask layers are used to classify the images of the areas, by means of support vector machine in object-oriented classification rules and supervised classification. Types of land use are classified into vegetation, water, building land, traffic land and unutilized bare land. The accuracy assessment of the classification shows that the Kappa is 0.8795 and 0.8524, clearly the classified method suitable for high precision information extraction of target in the study area.The analyze shows that from 2010 to 2012, the area of the building land, traffic land and bare land are increased, building land area has increased 1.3710 km2, traffic land has increased 1.8840 km2, unutilized bare land area has increased 0.3062 km2.The others are in inclined, vegetation decreased from 11.8768 km2 to 8.8926 km2, dropped 11.90 percent, water area has reduced 0.0920 km2. The traffic land changing fast, dynamic degree is 40.87%. The bare ground dynamic degree is 2.07%, which changes small. By analyzing the dynamic change of the land use, this paper has the conclusion that the vegetation mainly converse into bare ground unutilized and construction land. The construction land and the traffic land increased are mainly transferred from bare ground unutilized and vegetation, part of the traffic land come from construction land.Considered land use change mainly driven by social factors in the study area, using qualitative analysis methods to the investigated the social driving forces of land use change from the park planning and construction, political and economic policies, demographic factors.
