Increasingly severe competition driving the rapid development of innovation, competition is the key to innovation ability of competition, under the global integration development, the development of collaborative innovation has become the topic today. Collaborative innovation can be effective, reasonable and scientific integration and use of resources. Collaborative innovation is to be in the new historical mission and the historical process of the proposed new proposition; Is made up of a number of different main body under the influence of the external environment, after a complicated nonlinear interaction to realize the process of collaborative innovation, it is a single subject can’t complete. For the development of collaborative innovation in Guangxi has begun, but there are still common in the development of collaborative innovation lack of awareness and no cause enough attention, the main body of the development of collaborative innovation is running out of steam. In the process of running, collaborative innovation mechanism, operation mechanism, risk sharing, and realize the model to fit the development of collaborative innovation in Guangxi has not been completed, although started earlier, but development remains to be improved. Through analyzing the problems existing in the present collaborative innovation model of Guangxi, and combining with the screw theory and synergetics theory, using the triple helix theory in the industry-the government-the three colleges and universities cooperation development, around the synergetics theory, discusses the focusing on regional development oriented to build collaborative innovation development model to promote the development of Guangxi economy.
