Through analyzing the problems existing in the present collaborative innovation model of Guangxi, and combining with the screw theory and synergetics theory, using the triple helix theory in the industry-the government-the three colleges and universities cooperation development, around the synergetics theory, discusses the focusing on regional development oriented to build collaborative innovation development model to promote the development of Guangxi economy.
