In this thesis, the solar irradiance, sky radiation for different wave band, different zenith angle and different observing altitude are calculated by Modtran based on the theory of radiation and scattering of rough surface. Two-dimensional sea surfaces with PM sea spectrum are simulated under different wind velocity by Monte Carlo method, and we put these as the objects of study. Two emissivity models are compared, and the radiation exitances of sea surface based on the two emissivity models are also compared. The scattering of solar irradiance and sky background radiation by the sea surface is calculated through the SPM and BRDF, and combined the sea’s self-radiation, The spatial angular distribution of sea surface radiation is numerically calculated and analyzed. Through establishing the computational model of the sea-sky-line, the distribution of angle from sea wave facet’s normal vector to the detector’s sight is obtained near the sea-sky-line. With comprehensive consideration of the solar irradiance, sky radiation, sea’s self-radiation, atmospheric path radiation and transmittance, the sea bright bands are simulated at 0.4-0.76?m, 3-5?m,8-12 ?m, and then the condition of appearance of sea bright band and the influence of the wind velocity on the sea bright band are analyzed.
