With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, Thegeographic information industry has become a new economic growth point of modern serviceindustry, and constantly develop and grow, surveying,mapping and geoinformation servicerapidly develop also, put forward higher requirements in various industries in the applicationof the continuous deepening of the surveying,mapping and geoinformation service unceasingrefinement and specialization,but the service management still exists in its developmentdirection not clear, system not perfect, lack of human and technology, project management notin place and so on. Therefore,Introducing fine management in surveying mapping andgeoinformation services in the process of deepening the reform of Surveying mapping andgeoinformation service management,It is to seek a meeting point to improve the satisfactionof target customers and to promote the surveying mapping and geoinformation servicegradually standardized and scientific.Combined with management practice of Institute of Surveying and mapping, surveyingmapping and geoinformation services seriously in-depth study of fine management as thesis.The study on Surveying mapping and geoinformation services put forward two core issues:how the delicacy management in surveying mapping and geoinformation servicemanagement is innovated in the application, and the establishment of how fine surveyingmapping and geoinformation service system can bring more positive significance ofsurveying mapping and geoinformation service. The first is interpreting the related concept,and in-depth analysis of the status quo of Surveying mapping and geoinformation services,qualitatively analyses its positive role for surveying mapping and geographic informationservice brought by fine management;then, through the study of the current system ofSurveying mapping and geoinformation services, combined with empirical analysis method,construct a fine management system model, demonstrate that the system can bring profoundchanges in surveying mapping and geoinformation service management.Delicacy Management of Surveying mapping and geoinformation service is primarily aservice innovation management, on the foundation of the former experiences, the commonproblems in surveying mapping and geoinformation are that service strategy is not clear, marketing mode is simple, the allocation of human resources is not best, technology ability islimited, project management is inadequate and so on, so the author puts forward theconstruction of delicacy management service system consisting of management innovation,clear strategic positioning, perfect legal system, project fine planning, rational allocation ofresources, technology of fine professional, strict process specification and marketingoperation diversity.
