| As an important international cooperative project, ITER plan is an important platform for further exploring the fusion power and will be a milestone which enables fusion research transit from test reactor to commercial application, and it is also one of the most important ways to solve the human energy crisis in the future.Equatorial diagnostic port plug is an important part of the whole ITER plan. It is the main device which is used to monitor and feedback operation parameters of plasma. The studies of this dissertation is based on the project of ITER equatorial port plug#12of our country, according to the design standards and requirements of ITER project, the design standards for the equatorial port plug have been formulated. The software CATIA and ANSYS Workbench have been used to established equatorial port plug model, which is used for finite element analysis. The static structural analysis and stability analysis have been accomplished. The single point response spectrum method is adopted to carried on the analysis and study on seismic behavior of the equatorial diagnostic port plug.On the basis of IO latest conceptual model, finite element analysis model has been established, brief introduction of various components of the model has been given. According to the features of various modules, the reasonable materials have been selected. Standards for finite element analysis, different service level and temperature stress under the condition of various materials have been formulated. Based on the work environment of equatorial diagnostic port plug, compound load cases and a reasonable more accurate loading method and have been chosen. ANSYS Workbench has been used for the static structural analysis of equatorial diagnostic port plug based on compound load cases. The responses of different materials distribution contours have been received. On the basis of stress limit evaluation criterion, the strength checking is finished.On the basis of static structural analysis, according to the instability theoretical and characteristics of the sheet buckling, stability analysis(eigenvalue buckling analysis) is carried out on equatorial diagnostic port plug. The buckling load coefficients of equatorial diagnostic port plug have been achieved. The conclusion of equatorial diagnostic port plug will not get buckling failure due to lack of rigidity has been drawed, which proved that the current design of equatorial diagnostic port plug has reached the ITER requirements of device under complex working environment. As a systematic engineering, according to the requirements of the ITER project design specification, seismic performance related research of equatorial diagnostic port plug is needed. Based on the theory of response spectrum analysis, modal analysis of the equatorial diagnostic port plug is finished firstly, each order natural frequency of the equatorial diagnostic port plug has been obtained, the seismic spectrum response analysis is carried out, all directions of different parts of the maximum equivalent stress and the maximal displacement are received, analysis results show that the equatorial diagnostic port plug satisfies the seismic requirements of IO. |
