Pianqiao water injection development area in ChuanKou oil field, one of thetypical low permeability reservoirs, is located in the eastern Ordos Basin. Withintensed waterinjection, oil and water movement rules become more and morecomplex which lead to the decrease of the effect of water injection. In some way, theoriginal development technology,guiding principle and measures can’t adapt to theneed of water injection for oil production. It is necessary for analyze, research anddiscuss the new methods for oil stable production.A series of water injection development technology has been implemented foroil development to Chang6of Yanchang Formation. Many methods have been usedfor enhance water injection oil development, such as optimizing design of injectionproduction parameters,increasing water injection intensity, increasing formationenergy; adjusting injectionproduction pattern and oil bed step by step,blocking highpermeability zone and opening newchannels for water flooding enhance waterfloodswept area and oil displacement efficiency;adjusting water plugging measures andreasonable density well space.According to the water injection technology adjustment, many achievementshave beengot Optimization design of injection-production parameters and reasonablewater injectionintensity are important for improving oil wells effect as soon aspossible. The injectionpattern of inverted nine-spot injection pattern can extend theperiod of water injection oilproduction and improve oil-production rate and recoveryfactor during the early developmentperiod. The well pattern adjustment is flexibleduring the late period. The implementation ofadjusting formations and perforationhas obvious improvement for interlamination imbalanceli pressure. Profile controltechnology can effectively blocking the zone of oil beds with high permeable andimprove water sweep efficiency. Implement mechanical water plugging andchemical water plugging of oil wells can effectively restrain the premature flooding,delay the rise speed of water breakthrough in oil well. The results show that thecontrol degree is high and development effect is improved obviously.
