Magnetoelectric anomalies of Yunnan Dali Piping copper mineralizationregional were processed and the interference were suppressed, in order to improve thesignal-to-noise ratio of the data and highlight the information of ore depositcharacteristics, and enhance the reliability of anomaly interpretation. Processing andconversion of1:5000high-precision ground magnetic survey abnormalities included:derivative conversion of ΔT, ΔT upward continuation and downward continuation andthe separation of magnetic anoma. The polarization data measured by amplitudefrequency IP method was induced to section inversion. To study magnetic, electricanomaly characteristics as the main basis, associated with the geophysical andgeological information, we deduced and partitioned the geological structure, anddetermined the location and occurrence of copper. We concluded that: copper beltmost distribution in the northeast of the test area.In the south side of themountain,there are four North East direction copper belts, in the north side of themountain, there are three different direction, wide distribution, deeply buried copperbelts.The study result shows that, these two methods can provide useful geophysicalinformation in the determination of shallow ore and infer concealed fault zone. Thecharacteristics of high precision magnetic T anomaly reflects the characteristics ofdifferent geological tectonic zone, the amplitude frequency induced polarizationanomaly is more accurately delineate the distribution range of copper mine.It is aeffective combination method for detecting the ore deposit.
