With the development of technology, accurate and real-time location and time information as networks and power, become the cornerstone of the modern information society. As a major means of providing all-weather real-time position and time, the global satellite navigation system (GNSS) are receiving more and more attention. Especially in relation to the application of the national economy and sophisticated military equipment, as foreseen GNSS high sensitivity and importance of the various military powers and economies have started to develop an independent GNSS systems. In this paper, GNSS receiver performance under high dynamic environment, for which the key modules:the carrier tracking loop performance made a detailed derivation. After studying the relationship between the Pseudo-random code tracking loop and carrier loop, as well as the positioning module for signal solver’s request, this paperfocused the questions on the design of the receiver on the carrier tracking loop. Through the carrier-locked loop and a phase-locked loop tracking error normalized comparison, this paper proposeda five order phase-locked loop which is based on the structure of the associated and a phase rotation technology. Finally, this paper designed a simulation to verify its threshold and order. Simulation and experimental results also show that the new phase-locked loop for high dynamic stress has a good ability to adapt.
