With the development of modern industry and the detection and control of process parameters have become increasingly demanding, the accurate measurement of gas-solid two phase flow parameters for many manufacturing sectors, such as energy, chemicals, environment, meteorology, metallurgy, food and so on, has increasingly important practical significance. At present, there are many kinds of methods and systems based on different principles based for parametric measurement of gas-solid two phase flow, which provid powerful means for parametric measurement of gas-solid two phase flow.There mainly study on the measurement of solid velocity and concentration of gas-solid two phase flow with electrostatic sensor in this paper. It proposes using cross correlation and spatial filter method for the measurement of solid velocity and concentration of gas-solid two phase flow. The main tasks are as following:(1) Study on characteristics of electrostatic sensor in depth and describe principle of electrostatic sensor in the parametric measurement of gas-solid two phase flow.(2) Lower computer procedure obtains a lot of modifications and supplements and achieves function of automatic gain.(3) Detailed analysis correlation algorithm and give the software implementation, which mainly include correlation operation, delay processing, interpolation processing, for measuring velocity with corss correlation method.(4) Owing to Spatial filter method involving the knowledge of digital signal processing, this paper propose implement ideas and methods of spatial filter method on understanding it in depth.(5) Give a simple elaboration for the RMS method measuring solid concentration.(6) Do a large number of repeated experiments for velocity measurement system of corss correlation method. In the laboratory conditions, the speed of the fluid is greater than2m/s, repeatability error less than2%.
