With the rapid development of modern industry,the demand of industrial production to process parameter detection and control becomes higher and higher.Gas solid two phase flow widely exists in industrial production and life,in which the detection of solid phase velocity is of great significance for theoretical research,industrial production safety,economic and efficient operation and environment protection.The electrostatic sensor based on the principle of electrostatic induction has the advantages of simple structure,low price,easy to realize and non-contact measurement which has good application prospects in the measurement of gas solid two phase flow parameters.In this paper,the measurement of gas solid two phase flow based on electrostatic sensor is studied,and the gas solid two phase flow is measured by using the cross correlation method.(1)Simulation of electrostatic sensor,analyzed the spatial sensitivity distribution of the insertion type electrostatic sensor,including axial and radial distribution.The conclusion is the more close to the electrode,the higher sensitivity and the ring type sensor is the more close to the electrode of the sensor,the more induced charge.(2)System circuit design and implementation.Circuit design of analog signal processing and data acquisition and data processing for analog signals is included.(3)Explore the correlation method,and the use of pseudo-random sequence to simulate the validation of mutual correlation algorithm,the effect of the signal to noise to ratio correlation,the higher the signal to noise ratio,the smaller impact.(4)System software design.Including data acquisition procedures,data processing procedures,communication procedures with the upper computer of the lower computer and speed cross-correlation algorithm and the interface on the upper computer based on MATLAB GUI.(5)The cross correlation velocity measurement experiment is carried out,the shielded cable is added,the digital board and the analog board are separated,and the shielding copper net is made,thereby obtaining more stable experimental effect than before.Through the analysis of the experimental results,a perfect cross-correlation velocity measurement system is given.
