The implement of integrated logistics, efficiency improvement and reducing the cost is an important research area in logistics and supply chain management. Combined location-routing-inventoty problem is the integrated of VRP, LRP, and IRP. It’s a system study of the logistic system, which can achieve the overall optimization of logistic system, and meet more complex practical feature.This thesis mainly reseach the optimization stock of the distribution issues based on different classification of goods logistics system management and random demand, including mathematical model, the solution algorithm and case study. For large chain retail enterprises logistics system, the article optimized the whole system from the system eyes. It is including the location of potential logistics infrastructure, the routing decision of different goods, and the store maner of different goods in CDC and RDC.First, the thesis elaborates the realistic foundation of CLRIP theory and its development process, inventory optimization theory, literature of VRP, LRP, IRP, CLRIP and reaserch status, and retail distribution network realistic.what is more, it analysed the deficiencies of existing integrated logistics system.Then, based on the actual situation of the chain enterprises often using different inventory strategy at the same time, we developed our CLRIP model combined with CLRIP system theory. The model considers different goods in the same logistics system, different inventory strategy being used for the same time.Third, the thesis established a combined model of nonlinear planning and combined integer. Using combined integer planning, nonlinear planning and mathematics analisys, we caulculated the inventory cost, shortstorage cost and transportation cost, and the developed the total cost minimize model.Finally, we developed a new memetic algorithm. we developed the suitable meme collection and choosing manner. what is more, we added population management into the MA, and it combined into MAPM. We compared the MAPM with MA and tradition GA using MATLAB, the result is that MAPM is more superiotity in convergent speed and solution quantity. And the correctness of model and algorithm is proved.This study not only enriches the integrated logistics theory, enrich the intelligent optimization theory, but also provide guidance and the optimal solution for the enterprise logistics system.
