Since the21st century, due to the rapid development of computer technology, the digital acceleration and the degree of China’s map and topographic map gradually deepened. There are a lot of bad things about manual inspection data,such as prone to error, low efficiency and so on.In order to overcome these shortcomings, make check accurately and efficiently, using AE technology and computer technology to achieve the automatic quality inspection. It is very useful for production.This paper mainly studies the problem of digital topographic map quality detection.This kind of product contains a large amount of data, but inspection technique is not very complicated, manual inspection will take a lot of human and material resources. Therefore, under the requirements of data quality specifications and standards, taking account of the data characteristics of surveying and mapping products, aiming at the requirements of the staff in the actual work. It is necessary to develop a set of quality inspection software for the staff. The main content of this paper research is as follows:1. First introduces the source of the topic, research purpose and significance, research status, etc2. Simply introduces the technical methods of research-ArcGIS engine and the digital surveying and mapping product quality inspection. Let the reader understand certain AE development technology and the process、content、ules of digital surveying and mapping product quality inspection.3. Detailed description of the functionality of the software quality inspection personnel requirements and as a developer, we should be how to design to meet the diverse needs of customers, including interface, operation, precision testing and so on. This paper proposed a variety of solutions and explore which method is best suited.4. The core content of the article describes the design of the software development process problems encountered, the key point, and the methods and techniques used to make detailed analysis and explanations, the main contents include CAD data read, data loading, extraction fold point analysis of the intersection buffers, outputting the results.5. After showing the software system that is detailed designed with the interface and algorithms. Then the operation of the software process is introduced. The author use data collected outside to experiment the system and verify the validity and accuracy of the detection point elevation accuracy detection method.6. Discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the softwareFinally,using "Visual Studio.net (c#) and2010AreGIS Engine10.0tools for development, we have designed and developed the digital surveying and mapping product quality inspection system. Currently, most of the system function modules has been completed.The methods which we study in this paper can be extended to produce the projects,they has a certain reference significance for mapping products quality inspection.
