With the development of science and technology, precision magnetic measurement has become a focus in these days. In order to get higher sensitivity of the magnetic information, we need to compare each tool of measuring magnetic information to get the most precision one. Nowadays, more and more researchers take focus on using a single electron spin to detect the magnetic information. With the development of "precision magnetic information measurement", there still been some problems in these measuring systems, such as:high demand of environment, low stability, short life time and so on. To meet these demands, we carried out a stable system-Nitrogen Vacancy center. In this paper, I systematically analyze the theory of magnetic measurement based on diamond nitrogen vacancy center electron spin. In order to better realize the experimental process, I prepared sample of diamond and achieved fluorescence imaging using confocal laser scanning microscopy. In the process of experiment, the microwave pulse is essential. In order to build an optimal experiment system, I did the microwave transmission process simulation and optimization to further improving the sensitivity of magnetic measuring sensitivity. It is very significant in the detection of magnetic information and the development the spintronic devices and new-generation magnetic materials, etc.
