With the development of economic globalization and the popularization of Internet technology, the modern logistics industry develops rapid on a global scale. Logistics industry is a comprehensive service industry in the process of resource integration, is an important part about a country or a region in the economic competition, To a certain extent, its level of development also become the measure of comprehensive economic strength about a country or a region and an important symbol of modernization. In recent years, the logistics industry of six provinces in central got rapid development, but it is still in its infancy with many problems, at the same time, the scholars of six provinces in central logistics industry competitiveness evaluation research is not much, therefore, scientific objectively evaluate the logistics industry competitiveness level about six provinces in central China is critical.The object of this study is the central six provinces, including jiangxi, shanxi, hubei, hunan, henan and anhui. First of all, on the basis of relevant theories of logistics industry competitiveness, combined with the characteristics of the logistics industry, gives a clear definition of the concept of logistics industry, and the basic connotation of logistics industry competitiveness. Secondly, systematic analysis on the current situation of logistics industry through the overall development of the six provinces and the the specific development of the provinces. Combined with the diamond model, this paper constructs a set of logistics industry competitiveness evaluation index system, respectively from six aspects, the evaluation index is divided into five primary index and 15 secondary indicators. Using Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the index weight, combined with the grey correlation analysis method, AHP- gray relative comprehensive evaluation model is established, in 2013, the six provinces in central logistics industry competitiveness for empirical analysis. The empirical results show that between the six provinces of central, henan province have strong competitiveness level, next are hubei and hunan provinces, weak competitiveness level of shanxi, jiangxi competitive level is the weakest. Further, according to the evaluation results, in this paper, the six provinces of the logistics industry competitiveness level, respectively, from the comprehensive correlation degree and correlation degree analysis of different social classes, and put forward countermeasures for research, in order to enhance the level of logistics industry competitiveness of six provinces, to ensure that the six provinces in central logistics industry to sustainable development.
