Ionosphere is an ionization area of earth atmosphere, ionosphere detection technology,which has an important significance on aviation, aerospace, navigation,militiay and so on, is the research hotspot in recent years.The Dual beacon is traditional ionosphere detection technology,which gains the TEC of the path in theory by using the differential phase or the Doppler shift between the two frequencies,but for the tri-band beacon,we use the same method to count the TEC of the route,and get three sets of values,then by using the mathematical methods for TEC,we can raise the definition and reliability of TEC measure.In this paper, Kalman filter technology has been used in ionospheric research for the first time,realized a tri-band beacon data inversion and got a two-dimension ionospheric electron density distribution. Through analysing the date, we test and prove the reliability of the algorithm, analysis the horizontal related factor and vertical related factor of background covariance matrix,distribution of the receivers, and so on.We discuss their affect on ionospheric electron density inversion, and obtain some relational conclusions.
