The study of ionospheric Total Electron Content(TEC) detection is of great importance to economic and military. When the radio waves penetrate through the ionosphere, TEC will cause its propagation and phase delay. Therefore, the detection of the ionospheric TEC used in space application of radio propagation correction such as navigation, satellite positioning etc. Conventional dual-band beacon technology,however, the error is too big, which leading to the inaccuracy of TEC measurement, so that it can’t meet the demand of the development of the contemporary ionosphere TEC detecting. With the development of the tri band beacon detection technology,frequency tri band beacon technique is used to detect the ionosphere, and has caused widespread concern.The tri band beacon technology development for the high precision of the ionosphere TEC detecting research brings new hope. Tri band beacon range includes three frequency bands, which make every two frequency band difference treatment combined with related mathematical methods, and can guarantee the perfect improve precision. At present, Shanghai astronomical observatory, Chinese academy of sciences, the joint institute of China seismological bureau forecast and Wenzhou university set up two satellite tri band beacon station, which can respectively in Shanghai and Wenzhou be used to detect ionosphere low latitude region of China with its frequency for ITS33 s beacon receiver.This paper’s main research work: Use Shanghai and Wenzhou or two ITS33 s three frequency beacon receiver, coupled with Taiwan in Taipei, Kaohsiung and Baguio ITS30 tri band beacon receiver before. Of the three frequency range data collected several stations simulation processing, using Kalman filter to deal with the noise, get the electron density in low latitude area.
