This paper analyzes the key problems in the design of AC/DC response of photoelectric detector, compared with the voltage difference circuit, the current difference circuit have many advantages, such as the operating point is always at the zero, suppressing the noise of PIN, and without the thermal noise of load resistance. Find the best conditions of current difference circuit, making an analogical detector that the detection wavelength range is from900nm to1700nm, signal-to-noise ratio is better than35db, the minimum detectable light intensity is200nw with the responsibility of700v/W, and the3dB bandwidth is from0Hz to70MHZ. The paper designed the experimental platform and off-line calculation program which was used for the photoelectric detector and the market existing high bandwidth AC photoelectric detector to determinate the amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase frequency characteristics, and to approximately fit the transfer functions of the two the detector to one complementary transfer function for the combination, validate the complementary combination is a linear system. That is to say, the combination can be used to for the unknown signal to recover.
