Delta is interaction between land and ocean interactions in the coastal zone and the formation of ecological systems, and is rich in biodiversity and ecosystem service value of ecological systems.The delta special structure had decided it in the function multiplicity, for example in the protection biodiversity, the wild animal habitat, the flood prevention reduces disaster, the purification land emissions pollutant, arrives at the significance which slow aspects and so on sea water invasion, adjustment climate have play emphatically. Meanwhile, Delta also for the development of aquaculture, salt industry and marine fisheries and other industries to provide the most basic natural resource.The delta to the coastal zone area, national or the global social economy development, the humanity living standard enhancement and the survival environment sustainable development all has the heavy frame influence, is hot spot area which current the international society studies now.In this paper, the Liaohe River Delta as the research object, through the past 30 years (1981-2013) of the Liaohe River Delta landscape pattern, ecological security evaluation with SPR model for each year.The dynamic evolution characteristics and ecological security level in the analysis of landscape in Liaohe River Delta at the same time, on the basis of landscape ecology theory and the analysis of sustainable development in Liaohe Delta Wetland and puts forward some suggestions.First of all, nearly 30 years, the Liaohe River Delta landscape pattern changes, the speed of the city to speed up the work in the land area and a marked increase in the number of patches in the study area, the natural wetland is in the stage of degradation, natural wetland and artificial wetland to reduce the total 298.11km2.In addition to some natural factors, the vast majority of changes because of human disturbance, and the pursuit of economic interests and policies for human behavior has directivity effect.Therefore, in the capacity of the environment, to seek a more efficient and environmentally friendly economic models (such as ecological tourism, ecological agriculture, agricultural and sideline products processing etc.) for a certain role in promoting the protection of the Liaohe River delta.Secondly, Level of ecological safety in Liaohe River Delta is in a warning state (0.4~0.6), and its ecological security fluctuated in recent years.From the Liaohe River Delta ecological system pressure and environmental quality status, wetland ecological protection task is still arduous, wetland degradation, landscape fragmentation and vegetation coverage of many ecological security problems still exist to reduce.With the strengthening of improving the quality of citizens and the protection of the wetlands, the Liaohe River Delta toward safer direction recovery trend.
