This paper first analysis several typical gradual solar energetic particle events, we found the coronal mass ejections(Twin-CME) that happened within hours may have no effect on the big gradual SEPs, and only have relation with solar flares and the CME.As to the early days of the energetic particles, this paper analysis sloar flares and CME driven shocks contributions to different energy proton acceleration in the early days of the solar energetic particle events. By using 23 solar weeks solar energetic particle data, we calculate the correlation coefficient(cc) between rapid phase of SEPs and solar flares, also CME speed. The result show the correlation of the rapid phase of solar energetic events betwwen the solar flares is larger than the correlation between CME speed. It indicates thart in the early phase of solar energetic particle events, solar flares have more contributions to the SEPs than the shock drived by CME, but we cannot ignored the contribution of the shock drived by CME.As to different energetic particles, we analyzed the relationship between the peak intensity of different energy solar energetic particle events and the solar flares and the speed of CME. The results show that the speed of the CME and the peak intensity of solar proton event correlation decreases with the increase of energy, but there was no significant decline, while the intensity of solar flares and the peak value of solar proton events is enhanced gradually. It shows that CME driven shock have more effect in the acceleration of low-energy protons, while the solar flare accelerate high-energy protons effective. The results also show that even for E≥50MeV or more high energy protons, CME driven shock is still able to provide effective speed, but solar flares have more contributions to the accelartion ofproton.lt should be pointed out that, the solar energetic particle events in the source area of W20°-W70°correlation is best with the solar flares, which show that the solar energetic proton events observed in earth is loacated in the good magnetic link area. We calculated correlation between the solar flares soft X-ray flux integral and the solar proton events in different energy band. The result show the soft X-ray flux have more effective on the solar protion events than soft X-ray intensity.
