The quantitative remote sensing is the forefront of current development of remote sensing. Remote sensing model is a vital part of remote sensing application and research. The operation complexity of remote sensing models should be reduced, to make sure the models can be used more efficiently. Meanwhile, the time cost of scientific research can be greatly reduced, and that is helpful to improve the efficiency of scientific research. Now the model integration has become a research hotspot. A variety of different goals of the application of model integration system, and thus the difference of design is very great. Currently model integration systems are mostly focused on the design of user interface, and the graphical operation mode, and lack of programmable call instruction, those make their application scope and depth is restricted. This paper analyzes the current development of remote sensing model and model integration both domestic and abroad, According to the problems existing in the remote sensing models in remote sensing research and application, according to the needs of quantitative remote sensing research, this paper designed an integrated platform of remote sensing models for the study of quantitative remote sensing.In this paper, the design and achievement of the framework, function module and the key technology of model integration platform is introduced in detail, and emphatically introduces the design and implementation of key technology, for example: variable register, synchronous data exchange, model call and the secondary development language, and so on. Achievement of the above key technology ensures remote sensing integrated platform can call the models and methods in model and method library, data exchange between the integration platform and the remote sensing model, as well as other function module. Through secondary development language of the integrated platform, three models in model and method library: PROSPECT, SAIL and 6S were called to simulate the process from leaf reflectance to the top of the atmosphere radiance, through comparative analysis of experiment results to verify the reliability of integrated platform.Finally, use remote sensing model integration platform to simulate the radiance transfer form land surface to the imaging infrared sensor. With the help of secondary development language of the integrated platform, land surface temperature and emissivity offered by MODIS land surface temperature products input to MODTRAN to do the iterative computation, to simulate the transmission process of surface infrared radiation through the atmosphere, and got the radiance image at the top of the atmosphere. Use the satellite orbit simulation tool of STK to simulate platform orbit and satellite attitude on the imaging process. By means of spatial convolution between simulated image after geometric position and sensor integrated point spread function to simulate the final image.
