Land subsidence is more common in China and worldwide geological disasters, the North China Plain, the Yangtze River Delta, Fenwei Basin the regional disaster situation is particularly prominent, and has a great impact on the sustainable economic and social development.Land subsidence has obvious timing characteristics, studying on Land Subsidence disaster based on geography information system not only need to express spatial and attribute information of land subsidence, also need to express their temporal characteristics. The traditional static GIS without the concept of time in the data, can only reflect the land subsidence at a certain moment as a "snapshot" of the data, the data cannot convey changes of the land subsidence data at the time,it is difficult to analysis changes on update data,more cannot predict the future trend.In this paper, the use of Temporal Geographic Information System technology, first on the Land Subsidence spatio-temporal semantic and temporal and spatial variation process of disaster data was analyzed, and laid the foundation of spatio-temporal data modeling. Secondly, combined with the existing spatio-temporal data models and the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of land subsidence, constructs the land subsidence spatio-temporal data model based on dynamic multi base state model. Based on the model from three levels of the conceptual design, logical design and physical design to design database, constructing "three base" structure of land subsidence spatio-temporal database,they are history database,current database and working database, studies the contents of storage, spatial data integration query etc.. Finally, using the ESRI Geodatabase on the design of land subsidence spatio-temporal database is implemented, completed spatial storage and land subsidence subsidence disaster spatial data integration query and back ground.This paper mainly discusses the construction problem of land subsidence spatio-temporal data model and database on theory, provides a theoretical and technical support for the storage and management of the land subsidence disaster spatio-temporal data. The main achievements:(1)Analysis of the spatio-temporal semantic and temporal and spatial variation process of land subsidence, combined with the advantages of dynamic multilevel base state with amendments spatio-temporal data model, build the spatio-temporal data model of land subsidence, the subsidence of temporal and spatial data organization, storage method based on the model of the land.(2)Dynamic multilevel base state with amendments spatio-temporal data model design and the construction of the land subsidence hazard based spatiotemporal database. Combined with the characteristics of land subsidence spatio temporal data and temporal and spatial database design principles, design the structure of "3 base" : the present situation of library, library and library history, from the conceptual design, logical design and physical design of the spatiotemporal database from the real world to the physical world and the realization method, and on this basis to explore the temporal and spatial database update mechanism.(3)With Geodatabase database as an example, on the land subsidence disaster spatial database is built, the storage of spatio-temporal data integration, the temporal and spatial data query and trace.
