Quality Evaluation Of Attribute Data In Geographical Conditions Census

In recent years, research on data quality of geographical information system focused on precision,error analysis of spatial data and quality evaluation.Research on precision,error analysis and quality evaluation of attribute data is less. Especially the research of the attribute data quality evaluation is less and less.For this reason,this paper put forward a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the attribute data model, and in the scoring and rating step, puts forward two kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods for scoring and rating on each object elements, respectively is defect rate of comprehensive evaluation method, fuzzy set comprehensive evaluation method, which in turn are divided into the single level and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper uses AHP and product method, weighted average method and the defect rate to build the defect rate measurement model. For attribute data of each evaluation item score were determined using the analytic hierarchy process, the distribution of the scores is more reasonable, and reflects the importance of each evaluation item. Using stratified sampling model of defective rate, can reflect the quality of the data quantity is less categories. This paper uses fuzzy set to build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Fuzzy comprehensive model with membership degree can effectively prevent the subjective results. Multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model will included in the hierarchy of influence factors,it can reflects the hierarchical relationship between influence factors.The geographical conditions census is in order to have a comprehensive survey clearly the physical geography and human geography distribution, systematically master the accurate information of geographical conditions. This is the urgent need for the national development, the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard.This paper applies the model and method to the first national geographic conditions census of Yingtan city pilot in Jiangxi Province. The attribute data is evaluated and analyzed the quality, and it has achieved good results.
