Application Research Of The Data Collection Method Based On Driving Recorder In Census Of National Geographical Conditions

The census of national geographical conditions is an important national conditions and strength research in our country, and is the basic work of master the basic situation of the earth’s surface vegetation coverage and basic human activities, and is the important basis for understanding national conditions and making national development strategy. Carried out the census of national geographical conditions not only adapt to the urgent needs of the development of social economy and the scientific management of government and the construction of national defense, but also have important significance in comprehensive and sustainable development of our country, and also laid a solid foundation for the next step to carry out the monitor of national geographical conditions. The census of national geographical conditions is carried out for the first time in the country, and the technical solutions and technical methods are not mature and not too perfect, so we would inevitably encounter various problems in the process of the census, which need to constantly innovate based on the existing technology and methods. This paper took driving recorder as a platform, carried out the research of the data collection method based on driving recorder and the application research of the data collection method based on driving recorder in the census of national geographical conditions work, provided technical reference and support for the census of national geographical conditions work.Aiming at the problem of the traditional data acquisition method can not effectively solve the huge data acquisition and improve the work efficiency in census of national geographical conditions, this paper researched and proposed a method of data acquisition based on the driving recorder. According to the unique function and characteristics of the driving recorder platform, realized acquisition for data which has coordinate information; based on the function of various software, and wrote a script program using VBA language to realize the data processing; based on the census of national geographical conditions module of EPS software, and wrote a script program using VBScript language to realize the visualization and application of data; based on the census of national geographical conditions of Jinan city, carried out the application research of the data collection method based on driving recorder. This method is a product of the transportation industry combined with the geographic information and surveying and mapping industry, not only can improve the work efficiency of the census of national geographical conditions, and guarantee quality of work, but also provide a new practical technology for the census of national geographical conditions work.
