Along with the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of human life, the demand of mineral is growing both at home and abroad, but mineral resources is the non-renewable resources, the contradiction make a reasonable development and utilization of mineral resources mining a concern among geology, energy and other related departments. Uranium is an important mineral resources to ensure national security and improve the energy structure. China is rich in uranium resources though per capita is less, so it is imperative to strengthen the reasonable development and utilization of uranium resources. Implementation of mining resources dynamic management is the purpose of a timely and accurate grasp of mine resources reserves, changes and reasons for such changes,to promote effective protection and rational utilization of mine resources.Somewhere in this paper, choose " Dynamic management of three dimensional reserves at one in-situ leaching deposit of Xinjiang" as the research subject, an in-situ leaching deposit of Xinjiang as the research object, 3d digital mining software as the tool,and time as the main line(the evaluation period is the exploration over to end of 2011), to further promote in-situ leaching mining resources dynamic management and research a set of 3d resources dynamic management method suitable for in-situ leaching mining.In-situ leaching mining 3d resources dynamic management problems belong to solid mineral resources dynamic management problems, so the study of in-situ leaching mining3 d resources dynamic management methods should be based on solid mineral resources dynamic management method, and in-situ leaching mining has its particularity, and 3d digital mining software as a new technology also inevitably is different of traditional two-dimensional work environment, so this article first introduces the conventional solid mine resources dynamic management method, and then discusses the application of using three-dimensional digital mining software to do the resources dynamic management of in-situ leaching mining.The article discusses the method of using 3d digital mining software to do the data dynamic management and analysis the change of ore body morphology and calculation of reserves and resources dynamic management.Finally, this paper gives some suggestions for the further development of the subject based on the research degree and the problems during management view.
