Study On Chemical Constituents Of Trichoderma Sp. KK19L1 And Aspergillus Sydowii

Twenty-three compounds were isolated and purified from the fungus Trichoderma sp. KK19L1, Aspergillus sydowii using various chromatographic methods(silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 chromatography and HPLC). Structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis(including 1D and 2D-NMR, MS, OR, ECD and VCD). Twenty-three compounds were obtained from them, and five were identified new compounds.Twelve compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts of Trichoderma sp. KK19L1. The strctures were identified as Bis(2-ethylhexyl) benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(YH-2), 1-hydroxy-6-Methyl-9,10-anthraquinone(YH-4),(E)-3-acetylbenzyl but-2-enoate(YH-6), 5-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-2-methyl-4H-chromen-4-one(YH-7), 1-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3,5-dimethylanthracene-9,10-dione(YH-8),(S)-3-(2-bydoxypropyl)-4-(bexa-2E,4E-dien-6-yl)furan-2(5H)-one(YH-9),(4E,7E)(1S,2S,6R,9R)-1,6-dihydroxy-8-(hydroxy methyl)-4,11,11-trimethylbicyclo[7.2.0]undeca-4,7-dien-2-yl acetate(YH-10),(3E,5E,7R,8S, 9E)-7,8-dihydroxy-7-(hydroxymethyl)undeca-3,5,9-trien-2-one(YH-12), 6,7-dihydroxy-3-((E)-3-hydroxyprop-1-en-1-yl)-7-methyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-isochromen-8(5H)-one(YH-14),(7R,8S, 8a R)-7,8-dihydroxy-3-((E)-3-hydroxyprop-1-en-1-yl)-7-methyl-8,8a-dihydro-1H-isochromen-6(7H)-one(YH-15),(1R,2S,3R)-3-((R)-2-hydroxy-6-methylhept-5-en-2-yl)-1,2-dimethylcyclop entanol(YH-16),(2E,4E,10E)-dodeca-2,4,10-triene-1,6,7-triol(YH-18). Of these cpmpounds, YH-6, YH-10, YH-12, YH-14, YH-15 were new compounds.Eleven compounds were isolated from the the ethyl acetate extracts of Aspergillus sydowii, getting from Marine Culture Collection of China(MCCC). The compounds were:(3S,9R,9a R)-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-oxo-3,4,9,9a-tetrahydro-2H-pyrano[3,2-c]oxepin-9-yl acetate(YJ-2),(Z)-6-Tridecenoic acid(YJ-4), 1,4-dioxa-9,12-diazacyclohexadecane-5,8,13,16-tetraone(YJ-6), 7,8-dimethylbenzo[g]pteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione(Y J-8), 3-(hydroxymethyl) cyclopentanol(YJ-11), 2-(hydroxymethyl)cyclopentane-1,3-diol(YJ-12), 2-((3-hy droxypentanoyl)oxy)-3-methylbutanoic acid(YJ-13), 4,5-dihydroxyhexyl acetate(YJ-14), N-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)acetamide(YJ-15),(3S,8a S)-3-((S)-sec- butyl)hexahydropyrrolo[1, 2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(YJ-22),(3R,8a S)-3-(Butan-2-yl)hexahy dropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1, 4-dione(YJ-23).
