This paper consists of four chapters: the first was the literature review, the second and third chapters were Aspergillus terreus and Penicillium chrysogenum Thom secondary metabolites. The fourth was conclusion. Secondary metabolites of them were rich and varied. This paper used various methods(silica gel, ODS, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC). Structures were elucidated by 1D/2D-NMR, UV, MS, OR, ECD, IR, and VCD. Finally, 26 compounds were obtained, 9 compounds were isolated from the strains for the first time.A fugus was isolated from the soil of Jinyun Mountain, Sichuan Province and identified as Aspergillus terreus. Through the optimum fermentation condition. 14 compounds were identified: bisdethiobis(methylthio) gliotoxin(TSW-01), pseurotin A(TSW-02), fumitremorgin C(TSW-03),(22E,24R- ergosta-7,22-dien-3)-ol(TSW-04), ergosterol- 5, 22-diene- 3β,7β,9α-triol(TSW-05), Cyclo(L-Pro-L-Tyr)(TSW-06), cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Met)(TSW-07), penicitrinone B(TSW-08), penicitrinone A(TSW-09), sclerotinin C(TSW-10), citrinin(TSW-11), 2,3,4-trimethyl-2,3-dihydro- benzofuran- 5,7- diol(TSW-12), 3-(hydroxymethyl) cyclopentanol(TSW-13), benzoic acid- 2,4-dihydroxy- 3,5,6-trimethylmethyl ester(TSW-14). Compound TSW-01, 02, 03, 08, 09, 10, 12 were isolated from it for the first time. Among them, the absolute configuration of TSW-02, 03, 11 were elucidated by vibrational circular dichroism(VCD), circular dichroism(ECD), OR combined with B3LYP/6-311+G(d) methods. The antioxidant activity of TSW-11 was determinated.Penicillium chrysogenum Thom was isolated from seawater(Bo China Sea). 12 compounds were identified: O-acetyl benzene amidino carboxylic acid(TS-01), peroxide egosterol(TS-02), egosterol(TS-03),(22E,24R)-stigmasta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6α-triol(TS-04), linoleic acid(TS-05), protocatechuic acid(TS-06), succinic acid(TS-07), hydroxy-2-pyridine methand(TS-08), 5-((2S,3R)- 3-hydroxybutan- 2-yl)- 4-methylbenzene- 1,3-diol(TS-09), 2’-O-methyl-uridine(TS-10), uridine(TS-11), phthalic acid, butyliso- buty ester(TS-12). Compound TS-01, TS-10 were obtained from it for the first time.
