Micro total nucleic acid analyzer is a highly integrated chip system for the detection of cell lysis, nucleic acid extraction and purification, amplification and detection functions of nucleic acid molecules. Compared with conventional laboratory,it has the characteristics of small size, high analysis efficiency, low consumption of samples and reagents, high degree of automation.Nucleic acid micro analyzer is developed in recent years, it needs to run the ini script program. This requires the operator have the basis of programming and biological or chemical background. For ordinary experimenter, it is very difficult to use. At present, the script compiler that can support the programming of the nucleic acid micro analyzer has not yet appeared. Therefore, this paper based on major national instrument special "micro membrane pump driven nucleic acid micro analysis system" project, development of nucleic acid micro analyzer cloud script compiler, to help the researchers write INI script experimental procedures, reduce the difficulty of ini script experimental procedure writing, reduce the threshold for the use of the instrument, enhance nucleic acid micro analyzer service and use value. At the same time, through the cloud to write a script, in line with the development trend of today’s society and technology, reducing the threshold for the use of the instrument, as soon as possible to enable them to master the instrument.According to the needs of cloud script compiler, using J2 EE framework, MVC framework, Hibernate Spring development framework, DWZ framework and My SQL database combining with B/S architecture to research the script compiler. Through studying the development process of the compiler, confirming the functional modules to be developed. The chip module, action module, the basic setting module, the reservoir module, the reagent module, the step module and the experiment module are designed and implemented. At the same time the script compiler database system is designed. According to the operation of the main body,the chip information table, the action information table,the basic setting information table, the reservoirs coordinate table, reagent information table, the reservoir coordinate table, the reagent information table, the step information table, and the experiment information table aredesigned. After that, the implementation of the data table and data table of different functional modules and the call relationship among each function module is completed.After completion of these modules and database development, database administrators have finished adding content, the user can edit the experiment,generate and download ini script experimental procedure.After the nucleic acid micro total analyzers Cloud script compiler developed its functional module testing and integration testing, and then go to Beijing Bohui Innovation Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. for ini script editor experimental procedure performed on the test machine. The experiments is succeed, that the use of the experimental script ini file script generated by the compiler has been able to complete the test accurately. Currently, equipped script compiler site has been test run on the line, measured using Beijing Bohui Innovation Optoelectronic Technology Co.,Ltd. and Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
