With the continuous change of the working pressure and living environment, many people get sick and need to go to hospital to solve the health problems. In recent years, more doctor-patient events shocked the public. How to improve the satisfaction of patients has guaranteed the development of physician-patient concern. In the paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used as the main method. Based on the survey of doctors and patients, we determine the index value. Then we select the real example to identify the effectiveness and integrity of the verification index.The first chapter expounds the background significance and research status, then it describes the framework of the problem; the second chapter combines with the basic problems with patient satisfaction and describes comprehensive evaluation steps of patient satisfaction; the third chapter combines the characteristics of patient satisfaction and constructs the evaluation index system; the fourth chapter makes the comparison research on two kinds of method; Through case studies, the fifth chapter makes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the hospital patient example by AHP and factor analysis of the impact on the final judgment; the sixth chapter is the summary of this paper in order to focus on improving factors. |
