In this paper, the Drosophila melanogaster as the object of study, compared the hypothermic anesthesia with ether and alcohol anesthesia of Drosophila melanogaster physiological and behavioral effects, not only to study the anesthesia and recovery time, life, development cycle, weight, offspring number, offspring sex ratio and other physiological indexes including; and to study the changes in different age of Drosophila melanogaster in different methods after anesthesia cooperativity space exploration ability.The research results show that:1. The life of individual aspects:Drosophila longevity after hypothermic anesthesia and ether anesthesia results considerably, hypothermic anesthesia with ether anaesthesia of Drosophila traits consistent, normal mating and oviposition and reproduction;by hypothermic anesthesia of Drosophila in anesthesia and the recovery time, mortality and ether anesthesia compared with obvious advantages; parents in Drosophila reproductive ability and generation of Drosophila development with ether anesthesia compared with certain advantages.2. social behavior ability:(1)50/group size of 1000 cm3 flies to better study on social behavior. Different age drosophila collaborative space exploration ability, anesthesia temperature conditions can also affect fruit flies collaborative space exploration ability, social behavior research should be choose to fruit flies anesthesia in low temperature conditions for-5 ℃ or-10 ℃ and flies age 7 days of age is advisable choice.(2)Ether dose in the concentration of 400 μL impact on Drosophila minimum;white eye Drosophila relative to other Drosophila mutant strains of collaborative space exploration ability is stronger.(3)Drosophila alcohol anesthesia should choose a low concentration of 200 μL dose is appropriate; Ethanol anesthesia than ether anesthesia the social behavior of the Drosophila melanogaster strains of Science influence greater. The ADH activity unrelated to fruit flies collaborative space exploration ability.
