Zibo city is located in central Shandong Province, east of Weifang City, west of Ji’nan City, south of Linyi, Laiwu City, north of Binzhou city. From south to north gradually reduced.Zibo City in the regional tectonic belongs to North China plate in Luxi uplift area in Shandong uplift in the north, the north and Jiyang depression transition, structural features of throughout the city and gentle fold stretch and not very developed, in addition to the Zibo syncline, other is associated with the secondary small fold; fault structure is developed, especially with the tensile fracture, vertical and horizontal cutting. Zibo city of North China type strata Luxi basement strata, pre Sinian, Cambrian and Ordovician to cover strata.According to the Zibo City. The region is divided into three hydrology geologic area, respectively, for the northern Yellow alluvial plain (I), Zibo Central syncline basin area (II) and southern Yiyuan fault block Hill District (III).This work through the collection of information, investigation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation and other means, the Zibo City, the environmental changes in the comprehensive study. Collection of past achievements and research data, the existing part of the water conservancy station observation data, previous regional water quality data; in accordance with the requirements of the specification, in localized areas were investigated. Within the area of each well, the spring group, rivers and other monitoring; using scientific methods of data collection are sorted out and evaluated.Main problems of groundwater environment in Zibo city:(1)The outstanding problems in groundwater environment:in recent years, the monitoring data of groundwater quality, Dawu region there are still local pollution. (2)The Zibo coalfield exploitation after nearly a century, has entered the aging period, the territory of mines have been scrapped. In the mine pit, groundwater is stopped, the original flow field of groundwater is changed, the groundwater in coal measure strata is rapidly rising, which has a profound influence on the geological environment, especially the groundwater environment. (3)The Huantai County of Zibo city (i.e. fluorosis endemic fluorosis) high incidence.(1)The study showed that the continuation of the trend over the past 20 years of the Zibo City groundwater environment will; (2)The Zibo City groundwater level change mainly and meteoric water, artificial exploitation have close contact; (3)The "heat island effect" makes the urban impervious area increases, increased runoff coefficient, shorten the convergence time, river runoff increased, but decreased the amount of groundwater recharge; (4)after nearly 30 years of water improvement project implementation in Zibo City Huantai County fluorosis onset rate decreased year by year; (5)The local area on layer pollution phenomenon is more serious; (6)The Dawu water source of groundwater in recent years are still subject to oil pollution.According to changes in Zibo City groundwater conditions, the author suggests: (1)The establishment of joint operation of multiple sources of modern water supply system, enhance the ability to optimize the allocation of water resources; (2)To strengthen the protection of water resources, protection of water security, efforts to improve the ecological environment; (3)The reasonable control of groundwater exploitation, conservation of local water resources, sustainable utilization.(4)The strict control of deep water development, avoid serious environmental geological problems; (5)The vigorously implement the construction of water-saving society, to achieve efficient use of water resources; (6)The unified planning, integration of resources, optimization of hydrological station network, for the protection of water resources management and development of use provide a scientific basis.
