Muyu landslide is locate at MuYu Town, Qingchuan County, mainly studied on the optimization design of landslide measurements and stability analysis. In addition, the whole construction process of the project had verified by the numerical simulation. Finally this paper puted forward some reasonable suggestions on the same projects.(1)Muyu landslide was 70.0 m wide, axial length was 70.0. Distribution area of landslide debris was 0.49×104m2. Covered by quaternary soil with thickness 3.50~ 8.30 the volume of landslide was 2.94×104 m3,belonging to small landslides. Unstable slopes was 55.0 m wide on average, axial length was 20.0 m, the distribution area of landslide debris was 0.11×104m2. Overburden quaternary thickness was 4.0~ 6.0 m, the volume of it was 0.55×104m3, belonging to small unstable slope.(2)According to the investigation and the comprehensive analysis, landslide debris were stable under natural state. But under the effect of heavy rain, the landslide would erupt.(3)Landslide deformation and failure of the main divded into two aspects. On the one hand, the original drainage channel had been produced on the landslide, so water flew into the soil. The shear strength, cohesion and friction coefficient of soil were reduced, resulting in large-scale landslide slippage deformation damage; On the other hand, under the effect of heavy rain, soil produced skid deformation.(4)Measurement one:In the unstable slope and landslide slope toe treated by using the anti-slide pile and retaining plates and supplemented by drainage engineering.Measurement two:The west side of unstable slope and landslide in section 2-2" were treated by using anchors and reinforced concrete lattice. On the east side of landslide concrete lattices were used and landslide trailing edge scarp proposed to be treated ny spats wall.Synthesis of two sets of technical feasibility, construction simple and the alternative investment estimation shows that:on the project investment, measurement one was superior to the measurements two; Considering that measurement one can gave the teachers and students more place to do exercise, measurement one was choosed to measure the lanslide.
