Landslide is a kind of geological disaster which commonly occurs and is harmful. It is a nonlinearity complicated system. Recently, with the development of related disciplines, some methods for calculation of slope stability and analysis of factors which may affect the stability have emerged. Via qualitative and quantitative evaluation on stability of landslides, to propose reasonable prevention scheme of landslide and aim to assess the risk of landslide which is conducted the prevention scheme will be an important topic in the slope stability and investigation.This article takes the Leidashi landslide as the object of study and carries on the detailed elaboration and analysis about assessing the influence factor of slope stability. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative evaluation on stability of Leidashi landslide, this article has proposed reasonable prevention schemes of Leidashi landslide and designing proposal parameters in order to assess the risk of landslide.Firstly, based on the survey of geological conditions triggering Leidashi Landslide and features of the landslide, the article revealed geological characteristics of the landslip, deformation and failure through comprehensive various reconnaissance methods. By using qualitative evaluation method of analogy of engineering geology, the stability of Leidashi Landslide was analyzed which exhibits that the landslide is in the stage of residual deformation. Secondly, by using transfer coefficient method of analysis, the slide stability is computed according to different conditions which include natural condition, seismic condition, rainstorm condition and combined condition. Via qualitative and quantitative evaluation on stability of Leidashi Landslide, the analysis results showed that the landslide will be unstable especially in rainstorm and seismic condition. Above all, combined with the analysis of the stability of landslide, the article calculated the stability coefficient of the landslide which was assumed to be conducted the Restoration Plan of Sanchahu Road before and after the failure of the emergency prevention project of Leidashi Landslide. The conclusions can play a practical role in the comprehensive designing and construction of Ledidashi Landslide.
