A Comparative Study Of Science And Technology Between China And Western Countries From 16th Century To The Middle Of 19th Century

Science and Technology(S&T) is primary productive forces, and it is an important symbol to measure the development of the countries and the nations. Since the second half of the 20 th century, especially after the 1980 s, S&T was developed so fast that led a new technological revolution in the world, S&T had became a key in international competition. S&T is an important guarantee to promote economic revitalization and social progress in socialist China and it is an important feature of the consolidation and development of Socialism. From 16 th century to the middle of 19 th century,S&T in Western Europe showed a different state of development, it changed the uncultured aspect of the Europe Middle Age.
