The China’s economy comes into a "new normal" after more than 30 years of rapid development. Against the backdrop of the strategy of Central Region Rise, West Development, and Revitalization of China’s Northeast Old Industrial Zone continued to promote the northeast old industrial zone, the revitalization of the strategy and The eastern coastal developed areas facing the industrial transfer and upgrading. The effect of regional economy on promoting the optimization of economic structure, economic transformation and innovation and the quality and efficiency is being very crucial, and high-efficiency logistics system is the guarantee of regional economic sustainable and healthy development.Regional logistics development in China is relatively backward. On the one hand, the regional logistics development is not balanced, logistics resources and logistics information sharing obstacles, inter regional logistics modernization and regional integration in the presence many challenges, on the other hand, regional logistics in the logistics operation efficiency, advanced logistics technology application still great room for growth. This article first introduced the research background and significance, then summarized and analyzed the research status at home and abroad, and summarized the main research method and technical route. Secondly from the logistics concept, summarized the basic theory of system dynamics, and China’s regional logistics’existing problems and the development trend by analyzing its current development situation. Next analysed the regional logistics system elements according to the principle and steps of system dynamics for clarifying the causal relationship and information feedback loop of the system mainly constituent elements, and accordingly constructed the SD model of regional logistics system. Finally selected powerful simulation software named anylogic and took Hefei City for example on the validity of the model test. The simulation results show that the region logistics development is still insufficient supply at present stage, and through policy simulation to explore the possible way to upgrade the capability of regional logistics supply, and puts forward related suggestions.This paper mainly built a dynamic model of regional logistics system based on system dynamics methodology and procedures, and has certain application value in terms of regional logistics development trend forecasting and policy analysis.
