Analysis On Game Problems Between China Supply & Demand Enterprises Of Logistics Outsourcing

After entrance WTO, China opened logistics industry. Many foreign logistics enterprises came into China and brought opportunities and challenge. Market competition is more and more fierce. Both China and overseas logistics markets begin to intermingle. Chinese Logistics Outsourcing started later than developed countries and had many shortcomings concerning impact and challenge from oversea companies.Trade Cost Theory and Core Competence Theory were two main theories on studying logistics outsourcing. The text based on Game theory,Agent Theory . With these theories, this paper analyzed China logistics outsourcing status quo, game problems between China supply and demand enterprises of logistics outsourcing, supervision to logistics enterprises and so on. Logistics outsourcing was a typical agent case. The two were in the game state. Once outsourced, logistics enterprises would make use of opportunism activities to obtain more profit and then reduce demand enterprises'profit. To reduce the loss from risks, it was necessary to strengthen the supervision to logistics enterprises.This paper analyzed the relationship between logistics enterprises and demand enterprises and how supervise cost affects supervise efficiency. The analysis was based on Game model and the questionnaire to enterprises in China. Through my questionnaire, this article found that nearly all the demand enterprises would supervise their logistics enterprises in different levels. By the way, this article analyzed how to supervise logistics and how to control logistics cost after outsourcing by"Visualize Board". At last, the article proposed countermeasures to logistics outsourcing risks and strategies to the development of logistics outsourcing comparing game problems between logistics supply and demand enterprises. It was realistic to enhance the co-operation and strengthen the supervision to demand enterprises.
