The techniques of fluorescence polarization molecular imprinting detection including fluorescence polarization of molecular imprinting technique and fluorescence polarization detection technology, this study mainly for fluorescent probe optical measurement part of the embedded control system and PC software.Paper first introduces the design of fluorescence polarization detection system, describes the optical measurement of embedded control system, embedded control system using Ipc1768 as processor based on arm Cortex-M3 microcontrollers to complete control of the operation. And the overall framework and design features of the lower computer are described in detail.Secondly, the paper describe the fluorescent probe for that of fluorescent molecular imprinting polymer preparation principle and preparation process. Using special recognition function of molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) can detect a series of biological macromolecules. The preparation process of the molecularly imprinted polymers are introduced in detail, and the properties and molecular structure of the prepared products are characterized by means of particle size measurement and infrared spectrum analysis. Subsequently, this paper introduces the design of the host computer software in the Visual Basic 6 environment, using VB powerful object-oriented features to simplify the complexity of the software design. And modular programming, but also makes the development of the interface more humane. Through the analysis of the overall function of the PC, the PC software design can be divided into:login threshold, the main interface, serial communication module, detection module, and the parameters of the apparatus setting module and system module design and debugging.Finally, the data processing algorithm of the fluorescence polarization detection system is designed, which is based on the BP neural network, and can be used to analyze and simulate the data.In this paper, the system is debugged and verified by the system, which proves that the fluorescence polarization detection system can complete the detection task. System uses based on splitting sample set of integrated algorithm of detection results are analyzed and processed according to the data analysis results, we can find that the error of repeatability CV less than or equal to 3%, hole test heterogeneity of less than or equal to 2 percent, these errors are acceptable error that the fluorescence polarization detection instrument repeatability is good, the hole uneven impact error is small, and has the high sensitivity. So as to realize the design requirements of the subject.
