Because of individual heterogeneity in cells, it is difficult to obtain chemical information within a single cell by using traditional methods which analyze cells in bulk. Therefore, it is of great applicable value to develop single-cell analyzer in the field of clinical medicine and biochemistry. To achieve biochemical analysis of single cell,the first step is to complete the injection, positioning and electrophoresis of single cell, which requires high-voltage power of programmable series in high precision. In order to improve the disavantages that poor stability of the output of high voltage and single channel electrophoresis detection of traditional high-voltage power, this thesis is trying to carry out the design of programmable voltage system of high-voltage power of single-cell analysis instrument based on ARM. And researching works remained to be completed are as follows:Firstly, this thesis will analyze the application of control technology for embedded system in the programmable voltage system of high-voltage power of single-cell analysis instrument detaily. Besides that, combining with functions and features of high-voltage power and the requirements of embedded system technology, this thesis is going to discuss the architectures of embedded various processor and several embedded operating systems that is widely used, and decide which software and hardware platform will be used in the design.Secondly, according to the contents and requirements of the disign, an overall design will be made. Meantime, the development process of the embedded system technology will be introduced detaily, which mainly is the building of the hardware and software platform of embedded system technology. Based on the platform, the transplantation of the bootloader, the cutting and transplantation of linux kernel, and the root filesystem’s making will be completed.Thirdly, on one hand, the design will use the duty cycle of the PWM signal of ARM9 to control the D/A converter module, and will make the output range of programmable voltage of D/A converter module is 0 to 10 volt. On the other hand, in order to real-timely know the output value of programmable voltage, the design will use A/D acquisition module to carry out real-timely acquisition of the output programmable voltage of D/A converter module,and make the voltage of acquisition display on the browser.Fourthly, the character device driver of A/D sampling module of the SPI bus interface and PWM control signal of D/A converter module will be developed and designed based on ARM9 microcontroller. At the same time, a lightweight and powerful embedded boa server will be transplanted into embedded board. And web upper computer system software will be designed and developed based on HTML language on that basis. Thus, goals of outputing and sampling of programmable voltage of high-voltage power of single-cell analysis instrument will be achieved. Moreover, results of outputting and sampling will be displayed on the client browser in form of dynamic web pages.Finally, based on the hardware and software platforms that have been developed, the author of the thesis will carry out practical tests on the entire web upper computer system software. Users can log in the client browser to monitor the output and acquisition results of programmable voltage of high-voltage power by the way of verifying. According to the practical tests, results show that the programmable voltage system that is designed basically meet the expected designed goals.
