In recent years, with the digitalization and generalization of real-life mobile communications and electronic products, computers, the Internet and other information technologies have developed rapidly. This has resulted in the presence of a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty on the level of the data on the actual problems of modern society. Therefore, Molodtsov has come up with the concept of soft sets as a common mathematical tools to deal with the problem of ambiguities in real life. On this basis, Maji and many other scholars have successfully done a lot of research in soft sets theories and applications. Studies have shown that soft sets provide effective treatment technologies and methods to deal with the representation of knowledge on uncertain data, its study, its induction and mining. Thus, soft sets are widely used in the field of intelligent information processing and have a great potential for development.Cooperative game is an important subject of research in game theory, and the formation of coalition structure and the problem of income distribution are complex issues in cooperative game. A reasonable distribution of income is the basis to form a stable coalition, and ensure a continued cooperation within the alliance. On the contrary, if the distribution of income is irrational, the existing alliance would face the risk of dissolution. Many researchers are studying this theory, and have put forward multiple forms of solution concept to provide reasonable and effective distribution plans for the practical question of cooperative game, so as to enable the formed alliances to develop in a stable and lasting way. The application of cooperative game is very wide. This paper gives a fuzzy soft cooperative game model using fuzzy soft sets and cooperative game as a background. The core of this model, S-Shapley value, S- match values and other solution concepts are defined and described. The new definition of the model is based on the substance of the case between the various participants in the alliance. That newly defined solution concept is then used to solve the problem of income distribution and enables the calculation process to be relatively simple, and the results more realistic. The model can be used to solve real-world issues of income distribution within large-scale alliances and the problem of the distribution of fuzzy income; it provides the participants with reasonable expected return values. This is also a good guide and reference for the business alliances on the market to be able to establish a long-term stable income distribution.
