Immune cytokine network is not only a hotspot of the study in the field of biology, but also a difficulty of the research in the field of biology. Although there have been quite a few people to carry out in-depth research, and also making a number of important research results, but most people are against a single cytokine’s study, and mainly taking the manual experiment method. So far there is not a perfect immune cytokine network model to produce.According to this, firstly this paper based on the previous two typical immune cytokine network model proposes a new immune cytokine network model-CKSIM model, which mainly studies overall mechanism of immune cytokine network; then using the unified modeling language UML to represent the model, which can understand the model more intuitively and thoroughly;finally using a NetLogo simulation tool to make a visualization simulation,which solves the problem that the manual experiment is hard to study complex network problems such as immune cytokine network. And the primary and second response of the immune system are simulated. Specific contents are as follows:(1) Presenting a new model about immune cytokine network-CKSIMmodel. The model is mainly described from two aspects between the basic features of the model and the constitution of the model. The model’s constitution is respectively described from the grid that the model uses, the definition of the individual, the definition of the state and action, as well as the interaction between the individuals in detail.(2) Using the Unified Modeling Language(UML) to represent the CKSIM model. Firstly using the case diagram to represent its functional model, then using the class diagram to represent its static model, finally using the activity diagram and state diagram to represent its dynamic model.(3) The model is visually simulated by using a NetLogo simulation tool,and is viewed and run through two ways between the C/S and B/S. The simulation results show that: the operational results that this paper’s simulation systems run match the actual condition; and the model mainly studies the emerging effects that the entire cytokine interact to immune cells; you can also dynamically clearly observe the system operation process. Comparing to traditional manual experiments, computer simulation has many advantages such as easy to design, easy to adjust parameters, low cost and high degree of visualization.(4) Carrying out a simulation comparison for the primary and secondary response of the immune system by using the model. Comparative results show that: the primary response is softer and slower, but the second response is more intense and fast. Time of inducing body to produce antibodies is more short,concentration of producing antibodies is more high and time of the antibody lasting is longer.
