The body of the biological effects of different doses of ionizing radiation is different from.In this study, the role of different doses of ionizing radiation is observed Thl, Th2, Th3/Trl landmark changes in the amount of cytokine secretion, explore the relationship between cell balance and radiation dose.In this study, detected by ELISA at different doses of irradiation, while the establishment of the sham control group, total body irradiation mice after16h, spleen and thymus Thl-type cytokines IFN-y, Th2-type cytokines IL-10, Th3/Trl cytokine TGF-β1and IL-27secretion volume changes. And external irradiation DC/TLC co-culture system in IFN-y and IL-27, TGF-β1secretion amount of change.Experimental results show that, Th1-type cytokines in spleen cells to secrete IFN-y in the low-dose irradiation and the secretion of the sham-irrad group did not change significantly. The amount of irradiation of the thymus cells to secrete IFN-y were higher than those in the sham-irrad group. The DC/TLC co-culture system dose0.075Gy,24h and48h after irradiation, IFN-y secretion was significantly higher than sham-irrad group (P<0.05).2.000Gy irradiation after6to24h significantly lower than those in the sham-irrad group (P<0.01). The thymus cells secrete TGF-β1low doses significantly lower than the sham-irrad group (P<0.01),2.000-6.OOOGy group in the high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the sham-irrad group (P<0.01). DC/TLC co-culture system dose of0.075Gy TGF-β1schedule secretion were lower than the sham-irrad group. The radiation dose was2.000Gy,12h,24h and48h TGF-β1secretion was significantly higher than that in the sham-irrad group,72hours after irradiation was significantly lower than the sham-irrad group (P<0.05-0.01).
