Our resources are very rich beach, beach resources as an important reserve land resources has great development potential and value in use. Meanwhile, in recent years, with the Yangtze River water regime changes, river bank collapse has been a serious threat to people’s industrial and agricultural production. Of beach land resources information collection and monitoring of river bank collapse prediction has become an urgent task. Since the environment is complex, difficult conditions, the impact of many factors on the beach by the bank collapse of information collection. How efficient, high-quality information in order to obtain bank collapse shoals supplement and improve the accuracy and limitations of existing systems is currently a difficulty. The mobile 3D laser measuring system compared to traditional measurement system, has long-range, non-contact, high efficiency, high precision advantages and overcome the shortcomings of traditional measurement methods.Development and application of paper shipborne mobile laser scanning system for the measurement of bank collapse beach background, focus on shipborne mobile scanning system, working principle, time registration method and time delay multi-sensor detection method, and a system of spatial data processing parameters include multi-sensor calibration, coordinate systems conversion and error analysis and processing, combined with a lot of practice, and achieved certain results. The main research contents and results are as follows:1) First elaborated the composition and working principle of moving three-dimensional laser scanning system, a detailed analysis of the composition of GNSS/INS integrated navigation system principles and POSLV system and its technical characteristics. According to actual needs, design integrated on the same platform, multi-sensor mobile laser scanning system.2) A detailed analysis of the importance of multi-sensor system for time synchronization. First-time systems and time conversion relationship between the sensors are introduced, and then focuses on the multi-sensor signal delay time on the measurement accuracy. Based on this, this paper, a multi-sensor time synchronization method based on the correlation coefficient iteration method, which can accurately detect the time multi-sensor signal delay amount, effectively solve the multi-sensor signal transmission delay time caused by time out of sync, to some extent, improved the mobile measurement system accuracy.3) Submit a comprehensive multi-sensor calibration parameters, and a study of spatial data fusion algorithm and a mobile scanning system, analyzes the error source mobile measurement system and error approach. And relying on the actual needs of the mobile scanning system designed to expand the use of experimental research, including the development of spatial data and time registration Registration of multi-sensor data processing software, and achieved good results verify the feasibility of moving three-dimensional laser scanning system.4) Combine beach bank collapse measurement engineering examples, elaborated shipborne mobile scanning system technology and methods, data acquisition and processing, and check the accuracy of the outcome of its nuclear verification proved shipborne mobile scanning system reliability.
