Niu Weiling uranium deposit is located in the North Lujing uranium ore field, which is part of Lujing uranium ore field.Lujing uranium deposit is the center of Lujing uranium ore field, Huang Feng Ling(325) and Gaoxi(326) is in the East of uranium deposit.Huang Feng Ling has depleted.Northwest has Shabazi uranium deposits and Lihuakai Uranium ore-spot, Niuweiling uranium deposits and Dachang Ping uranium deposits are in the north,Yangjiaonao uranium deposits and Xiaguxuan of uranium mineralization and Xiucaidong uranium deposits are both in the South, all of the uranium deposit in less than 5 km.The paper disscusses the uranium ore texture and structure, mineral composition, uranium occurrence process mineralogy characteristics of argumentation system theory, to find out the mineral composition, structure, structure and uranium occurrence state and to explore the metallogenic mechanism, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Because of the development of multilayer fracture within the mining area,the frequent movement of rock mass,the granite rock mass is divided into numerous small pieces,then form a very complex combination of the structure.The structure of the QFⅠof the ore deposit is closely related to the formation of the ore body, which is the main structure of ore controlling capacity.(2)The main uranium mineral in Niuweiling uranium ore deposit are as independent uranium mineral,is mainly asphalt uranium,a few coffinite.The uranium-bearing mineral is thorium, uranothorite etc.The gangue minerals are quartz, feldspar, mica, chlorite, sericite,calcite etc.The metallic minerals are sphalerite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, galena etc,and The accessory mineral include apatite, zircon, rutile etc.(3)Uranium minerals are more patchy, irregular lumps, chondrite, ring, vein andstockwork or account of pyrite like the skeletal crystal.Most of the cracks appear on clay minerals.In addition, a few uranium minerals are grown on the edge of some pyrite and apatite.It also makes in around the uranium mineral in most cases will see pyrite, sphalerite,galena, arsenopyrite, etc.Theoretically,there has isomorphism,but this is lower than the detection limit of the electron probe.The test has been basically clear the uranium ore type uranium sulfide chlorite type.(4)Through the discussion of the metallogenic model, it can be concluded that,the mineralization is closely related with the Suichuan- hot water fault structure.The fault system is the main structure of ore controlling and ore hosting.They directly control the output of the ore bodies.The ore-forming hydrothermal solution were driven by heat and pressure.The source of heat is the late magmatic activity in Yanshan.And the period of magmatic activity is also provided the magmatic hydrothermal solution. Migration of hydrothermal fluid in fracture.These spaces include the granular spaces between the rock forming minerals and altered minerals,and holes in the rock and lamellar spacing etc.The secondary fissure is structural fissure.(5) The metallogenic model of Niuweiling uranium deposit is:the Indosinian Yanshan uranium rich rock ' Fault structure channel ' Deep source hot liquid and hot water circulation'Extraction activated uranium'Geochemical barrier'mineralization of ore-forming.
