Guang Zitian uranium deposit was found by Guangxi 310 nuclear Geological Brigade in 1972.Through 1972 to 1992,Drilling workload were 125198.60 m,pit exploration workload were 2362.97 m in the range of full length 4.5km.Submitted “Guangxi Quanzhou County Guang Zitian uranium deposit detailed survey report”in December 1994,The size of the deposit is medium,the type is carbonate rock.The drilling workload(18170.98m)was completed,and the Guang Zitian uranium deposit was expanded to large scale in November 2011-October 2006.Occurrence and spatial form of ore body controlled by tectonic zone rigidly.Existing in the F1 Interlayer fracture zone and the upper and lower secondary zone.The main ore bodies are layered,quasi layered,and the small orebodies are lenticular.The highest control elevation of ore body is 400 m,the lowest control elevation is-640 m,and the mineralization sag is up to 1000 m.The amount of resources within the scope of verification of geological work has reached detailed degree above the level.The deposit is a large scale,medium grade carbonate type of polygenetic uranium deposit.The feasibility study shows that the internal and external conditions of the mining area are good,and the development and utilization of the mineral deposits are technically and economically feasible,and the economic benefits are good.Guang Zitian deposit is located in the Quanzhou county statewide 334 degrees direction 25 Km and near the village of Guang Zitian,under the state of The big West Town,Dragontown jurisdiction.In the mining area,the strata of the Middle Devonian formation Group of letters.The formation is the main ore bearing horizon of deposit.The mineralogical characteristics of the ore structure,mineral composition and the occurrence of uranium are systematically discussed by modern testing techniques.To find out the mineral composition,structure,structure and the occurrence state of uranium.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The mining area is at the eastern margin of the Yuecheng ridge and the eastern part of the mining area is exposed to the Caledonian granite and the Yanshanian granite.The deposit is located in the western part of the Daxijiang-Longshui oblique basin in the east of Yuecheng Ling.Fl fault zone is the main ore-bearing structure in the whole exploration area.(2)Ore type and mineral composition According to the characteristics of ore-bearing ore,the ore is divided into three kinds of natural types,namely,crushed dolomite type,tectonic mud type and crushed siltstone type.(1)Broken dolomite ore: hematite,carbon content of the difference,showing different colors,mainly gray,gray and black,brick red and so on.Ore in the ore vein fissure development,scratches,graphitized mirror more common,uranium mainly as bituminous uranium,was vein,and uranium mineral symbiosis of metal minerals are pyrite,hematite,limonite,etc.The(2)Structure of mud ore: ore was gray,gray green,pig liver color and other variegated.Uranium in the structure of mud ore mainly in the presence of dispersed adsorption.(3)Broken muddy siltstone ore: produced in the lower part of the main F1,the ore was gray-gray green,with flatter structure.Uranium mainly as bituminous uranium,uranium black exists,and uranium mineral symbiosis of metal minerals are pyrite,hematite,limonite and so on.(3)Most of theGuang Zitian Carbon-Siliceous mud-type uranium deposits are mostly multi-source,multi-stage and multi-cause uranium deposits,and they are mainly composed of hydrothermal.(4)According to the summary of the study,the main experience of the formation of the Guang Zitian deposit is:(1)uranium preconcentration in sedimentary diagenesis;(2)late geological formation of migration channels and uranium storage space;(3)hydrothermal superposition of mineralization.
