Background and Objective All over the world every seven minutes, one case of pregnant woman die of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH).This is one of the leading causes of pregnant woman deaths around the world. According to statistics, eight percent of maternal deaths are due to postpartum hemorrhage.Its incidence between two percent and three percent of the total number of delivery. Contractions agent, conservative measures such as persistent uterine massage or press can’t stop the bleeding. Need surgery, interventional therapy, and even hysterectomy of severe postpartum hemorrhage is called intractable postpartum hemorrhage(IPPH). Since the United Nations put forward to reduce maternal mortality "development goals in one thousand" and "cut away" the implementation of the project in our country.After years of effort, Maternal mortality has more than 60/1 in the 1990 s to 30/10 in recent years in China. But the maternal mortality rate is still significantly higher than that of many developed countries 10 ~ 15/10. Seriously threatens the life of the maternal health. The fuzzy mathematics theory combined with computer technology and the related factors of postpartum hemorrhage in this study, Postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software was developed. And the software used in maternity hospital of the second Affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university, hospital of Su qian, the people’s hospital of Dai nan, hospital of Nan gang, and hospital Quan jiao Tong Ren.Statistical analysis of the related factors and satisfaction of maternal, medical workers survey to objectively and scientifically evaluate the software clinical practical application value. Postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, decrease the bleeding and clinical blood transfusion and effectively reduce the severe complications such as hysterectomy, deserves further clinical applications.Method 1. 232 cases of maternal postpartum bleeding occurred in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing medical university in January 2009- December 2014.Using "Postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software " to retrospectively analysis level of postpartum hemorrhage, possible reasons for postpartum hemorrhage and the proportion, compared with it of the clinical practice. 2. Randomly selected1500 cases of maternal in five different grade hospital between January- December 2015 which using the " Postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software " as a team, With the same method to randomly selected 1500 cases of unused " Postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software " as control group, to analysis the prenatal postpartum related factors and statistics on postpartum hemorrhage.Results 1. 225 cases of postpartum hemorrhage data and a random sample of 2000 cases of maternal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed: The situation of postpartum bleeding, and bleeding reason predicted by prenatal factors and antepartum 、 intrapartum and postpartum factors comprehensive evaluation from postpartum hemorrhage possible reasons from the “postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software” is consistent with them of clinical practice. Low risk, the risk and high risk of postpartum hemorrhage reason for contractions fatigue, extremely high risk of postpartum hemorrhage, the main reason for the placenta factor; Most high risk bleeding, but as the rating increased bleeding ratio showed a trend of increase; Risk and high risk of maternal postpartum hemorrhage rate(4.5%, 13.7%) than the average bleeding(2.6%).2. Randomly 3000 cases from five different grade hospitals of maternal to prospective study: The coincidence rate of more than ninety-five percent. There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the research group in which of the maternal age, pregnant times, production time, pregnant disease and surgery, pregnancy complications, and so on and so forth(P>0.05).Data of the two groups are comparable; The number of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum blood loss, blood transfusion amount and the number of hysterectomy were lower in the research group than them the control group. Differences between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Research group and control group in postpartum hemorrhage is given priority to with 500-1000 ml, but the group is the proportion of more. The difference between500-1000 ml and between 1000-2000 ml had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).But between > 2000 ml research group significantly lower than the control group, Differences between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions The “postpartum hemorrhage consultation and query system software” can well predict risk of postpartum hemorrhage and the reason of postpartum hemorrhage, have clinical utility. At the same time the software also can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, decrease the bleeding and clinical blood transfusion, and effectively reduce the severe complications such as hysterectomy, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
