China three-step moon mission takes advantage of core drilling rig’s penstrate movement, aiming to obtain lunar soil sample under surface at least 2 meters. Becase of wide existing lunar rock’s high hardness and volume, drilling rig need to fracture rocks by percessive movement, aiming to improve the drilling ability. It’s important to study mechanical character of drilling rig’s percessive movement. Based on three-step moon mission rock breakage of percussive by core drilling rig’s percessive, the paper studies the character of percessive stress transmission and rock breakage load, taking percessive machine/drilling rig system/rock as percessive transport chain, analyzing relationship between import and export energy.Based on wave and percessive theory, the paper obtains impact stress waveform,attenuation model and efficiency of rock breakage. According to the junction surface of drilling system, the paper takes mass and damp as parameter, obtaining the efficiency of junction. Because of the drilling rig’s press/bend/twist, the paper obtains the relationship of the bend waveform and the twist waveform.Based on dynamic and FEA software, the paper verifies the theory model, supporting the choosing of experiment parameter range. In all parameters of the drilling sysytem, the paper develops the experiment equipment of percussive actuator mechanism. With Bragg FBG, high speed photography, six-dimensions force senor and torque senor, the paper analysis the regularity of percussive transmission and rock breakage load propety in different percessive parameter.According to the contact of cutting blade and rock, the paper studies the rock propety and breakage character. Based on elastic and wave theory, the paper obtains the relationship between rock and cutting blade by static load and impact effect, comparing the load character diffierence of drilling rig ang single cutting blade. For correction of energy transmission, the paper analyzes effect of blade configuration.Based on DEM software, the paper verifies the rock breakage and theory model.In single cutting blade testing platform, with the detection of six-dimensions force actuator, the paper study effect of different percussive parameter and blade configuration, supporting the parameter choosing by orthogonal test.By means of theory,simulation,experiment, the paper obtained percussive stress transmission and rock breakage load character, with the effect of function surface,press/bend/twist stress,blade configuration,percussive parameter, supporting the China three-step moon mission drilling enginee design and ground verification.
